The Role: You’ll be aiding our team of property managers in the management of properties in Cheltenham, Gloucester and surrounding areas, delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants while ensuring compliance. Key Responsibilities: Manage and retain landlord and tenant relationships Helping to oversee portfolio compliance and processes Support team productivity Contribute to company growth and development Maintain high standards of communication and service Achieve add-on service targets What We’re Looking For: Lettings/property experience preferred but not required- we will train in house.
