Townsends is a local independent Estate Agency based in Falmouth, with a strong focus on Lettings & Property Management.
We are looking for a highly organised new team member to join us.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience of working in a lettings or estate agency environment
- A positive, can do attitude, with the ability to communicate effectively with people from all walks of life
- Willing to undergo training to become qualified
- Able to prioritise and remain calm under pressure
- Confident team player
- Driving licence
- Great telephone manner
- Good problem solving skills
There are some out of office appointments required for this role, so a driving licence is essential.
Salary in the region of £25,000 to £28,000 per annum (negotiable depending on experience).
The hours currently are:
Monday - Thursday 8.10am - 5.10pm
Friday 8.10-3.10pm
We do not work weekends
