LETTINGS ASSISTANT
The Deanery is looking to appoint a Lettings Assistant to work at The Deanery CE Academy in Swindon (SN1 7DA) situated in the heart of the community of Wichelstowe. JOB DESCRIPTION
Job title: Lettings Assistant
Role reports to: Lettings Manager
Job Purpose: To provide excellent customer service to clients and manage the premises whilst lettings are underway.
Maintain cleanliness and security, resolving issues and act as the on-site first point of contact for external clients who hire facilities.
Developing strong relationships with clients to support the development of the business
