LETTINGS & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (LUXURY PROPERTY ACQUISITION)

Location: London (Zone 1 focus – mix of viewings, office, networking events, and remote work)
Hours: Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00 (flexibility for landlord meetings & events)
Compensation: £30,000–£36,000 base salary + uncapped commission (OTE £55,000–£75,000)

As we scale, we’re seeking a highly connected property professional to drive acquisitions and growth. You’ll use your network, negotiation skills, and market knowledge to secure premium homes under rent-to-rent and management agreements — while positioning Madestays as the go-to luxury operator in Central London.

MUST-HAVE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Based in London with excellent knowledge of Central/Zone 1 property markets.
  • Established network of landlords, lettings directors, and agents.
  • 3+ years in property sales/lettings, acquisitions, or business development.
  • Strong track record of closing property deals and meeting/exceeding targets.
  • Confident in outreach — from cold prospecting to warm relationship building.
  • Polished communicator, persuasive negotiator, and professional presenter.
  • Tech-savvy: comfortable with CRMs, reporting tools, and pipeline management.
  • Full UK driving licence preferred (or proven ability to travel flexibly across London).
Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

This is a network-driven, deal-making role where you’ll be the face of Madestays in Central London’s property market. You’ll attend industry events, build landlord and agent relationships, and source exclusive opportunities across Zone 1.
From cold and warm outreach to agents and developers, to pitching and closing with landlords — your mission is simple: expand the Madestays portfolio with the best properties in London.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIESACQUISITION & DEAL-MAKING

  • Leverage your existing relationships with landlords, lettings directors, and agents in Central London.
  • Conduct property viewings and pitch Madestays’ premium rent-to-rent and management offering.
  • Negotiate commercial terms that balance profitability for Madestays and value for landlords.
  • Secure long-term partnerships with agents and landlords to ensure repeat deal flow.
