Job Title: Lettings Consultant
Location: Reading
Employment: Full Time (5 Days per week, including Saturdays)
Salary: Up to - £25k plus commission

We are an independent letting agency based in Reading, committed to providing an outstanding service to both landlords and tenants. We are looking for a person who has recently graduated or has some experience in the property industry and wants to develop further within the Lettings profession. If you are passionate about the property industry, self-driven and looking for a role where no two days are the same, we would be interested in you writing to us and enclosing your CV.
Established in Reading in 2006 and continue to maintain our corporate reputation and provide timely professional service and expertise to our clients and new businesses.
We encourage our team to enroll on courses arranged by ARLA, NARLA and local colleges to keep up with regulations and enhance the team members’ technical know-how, expertise, personal development and education within the property sector.

REQUIREMENTS:

Some experience in lettings, property management, inventories would be desirable but not essential.
A valid driving license and insurance with your own car is essential for the role.
Must be comfortable with Microsoft office and other CRMs.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and independently.
Willing to work flexibly to meet the needs of the business.

Pay: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
