SALARY: UP TO £26,000 PLUS CAR ALLOWANCE (£1,750 PA/)

Car / drivers licence required due to travel to other sites
We are looking to recruit a Lettings Coordinator / Property Assistant Manager to join a contemporary Residential Property company offering modern apartment style living to Residential tenants.
This role will be based near Nottingham and include some travel to their properties / apartment buildings across the East Midlands. You will act as a key point of contact to Residents, from conducting initial property viewings to ongoing resident support and community engagement. We are looking for someone with exceptional people skills, a passion for sales and the ability to drive service excellence and high operational standards.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role within residential property is desirable.
  • Understanding of health and safety responsibilities within residential property management.
  • Proven ability to work in a sales / target-driven environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using multiple business systems.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Highly organized with excellent administrative skills and attention to detail
Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct property viewings for prospective residents, working towards individual and team targets.
  • Provide feedback on viewings, including property condition and pricing insights
  • Perform routine inspections across the portfolio to ensure safety, cleanliness, and presentation standards are met.
  • Manage key audits and ensure secure, organized storage of all keys.
  • Liaise with the maintenance helpdesk to coordinate repairs, and communication with residents and quality assurance through inspections.
  • Escalate community concerns to relevant departments or management as needed.
  • Build strong relationships with residents, organize and deliver approved community events that enhance the resident experience
  • Coordinate open days and property tours, and facilitate third-party access
  • Provide administrative and project support to the senior team
