WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Minimum 1+ year experience in residential lettings or tenancy progression (3+ preferred)
  • Excellent organisation, multitasking, and time management skills
  • Confident communicator with both tenants and landlords
  • Detail-oriented and comfortable using property software (Reapit experience a plus)
  • A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle is essential

Responsibilities

THE ROLE

We’re seeking an experienced and organised Lettings Coordinator to join our established team in Clarendon Park. This role is the operational backbone of our lettings department and perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, process-driven environment and is passionate about delivering excellent service to both tenants and landlords.
Working closely with the lettings team, you’ll take ownership of the full tenancy lifecycle. This include landlord onboarding and marketing through to referencing, supporting compliance, move-in, and maintenance coordination. If you love keeping systems running smoothly, ticking off tasks, and ensuring everything is in order behind the scenes, this role is for you.
We are seeking a Lettings Manager based in Great Britain to lead our lettings team and enhance our client relationships. This role is vital to our mission of delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining our core values.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage tenancy progression from initial landlord instruction through to move-in and post-move support
  • Prepare listings and marketing materials, including EPCs, floorplans and professional photography
  • Oversee referencing, Right to Rent checks, and tenancy agreement preparation
  • Ensure all compliance documentation is sent, recorded, and filed accurately
  • Coordinate move-in tasks including deposit collection, welcome packs, and inventory scheduling
  • Handle maintenance requests, contractor instructions, and record-keeping
  • Support tenancy renewals, checkouts, and deposit reconciliation
