We are looking for a highly organised, proactive and customer-focused Lettings & Events Coordinator to support the continued growth of St Swithun’s School Letting Co.
Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will play a key role in managing bookings, memberships and customer enquiries, coordinating schedules, and supporting the delivery of a wide range of events and commercial activities. This is a varied, hands-on role, taking projects from initial enquiry through to successful completion while ensuring an outstanding customer experience.

This is an exciting opportunity to combine administration, customer service, events, marketing and operational support within a growing commercial enterprise, where profits directly benefit St Swithun’s School and its pupils.
This is a full-time permanent role. The hours of work are 40 per week, usually 08.30 to 17.00 Monday to Friday, with a half hour unpaid lunch break. There will be some evening and weekend work expected. The post holder will be entitled to 6 weeks of annual leave in addition to bank holidays.
The salary for this role is expected to be between £28,145.74 and £31,991.47 dependant on qualifications and experience.
The closing date for applications is 9am on Monday 28 September 2026.
Please complete our online application form which can be found on the school website.
