Salary: Basic £26,000 + OTE £61,000 (Uncapped Commission)

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

You’ll be the driving force behind lettings growth, with a clear focus on instructions, lettings, and additional services. You’ll support your branch in winning market share while upholding our brand and service standards. As you develop into a Senior Client Manager, you’ll take increasing ownership of key responsibilities and play a lead role in team success.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Bringing in business through valuations, lets, and new instructions
  • Growing market share through relationships, database work, touting, and door-knocking
  • Delivering exceptional service to clients and customers at all stages of the lettings process
  • Managing viewings, negotiating lets, and generating high-quality feedback
  • Referring to our trusted partners (financial services, contractors, compliance)
  • Supporting the sales team in converting landlords into long-term vendors
  • Maintaining professional presentation – in person, in office, and across all marketing
  • Adhering to company compliance processes and service standards
  • Supporting and mentoring junior team members as you progress through your Pathway
