JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Lettings Portfolio Manager to oversee and manage our portfolio of rental properties. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with tenants, landlords, and team members. This role is crucial in ensuring that our properties are well-managed, maintaining high occupancy rates while providing excellent customer service.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in property management or a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong administrative skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent organisational abilities to manage multiple properties efficiently.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution.
  • Familiarity with relevant legislation governing lettings is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the lettings portfolio, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to assess condition and address any maintenance issues promptly.
  • Liaise with landlords and tenants to facilitate smooth communication regarding tenancy agreements, and any concerns that may arise.
  • Coordinate viewings for prospective tenants, providing detailed information about properties and answering queries effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of all transactions, tenant details, and property information using our property management software.
  • Develop marketing strategies to attract new landlords, including online listings and promotional activities.
  • Process tenant applications through the relevant referencing and coordinate move ins
  • Provide support to the team by assisting with administrative tasks as required.
