JOB PURPOSE:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain the public perception of the company, including office presentation and personal presentation.
  • Hit daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
  • Ensure quality control for all deals and tenant placements.
  • Collaborate with Residential Sales and Land and New Homes departments to maximize opportunities.
  • Provide services as part of the Bespoke Investment Service for investors.
  • Support and gain ARLA qualifications, with full support from Bridges.
  • Conduct 1-2-1s, reviews, and pathway plans to develop your team.
  • Ensure company ethos and culture are recognized and upheld by all staff.
  • Report on figures and provide strategies to achieve office and business objectives.
