We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lettings Manager to oversee our property lettings operations. As a Lettings Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our lettings department while providing exceptional service to our clients.

QUALIFICATIONS

Responsibilities
  • Manage the entire lettings process from initial enquiry through to tenancy commencement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with landlords, tenants, and other stakeholders.
  • Conduct property viewings and provide comprehensive information to prospective tenants.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and company policies regarding lettings.
  • Oversee the preparation of tenancy agreements and ensure all documentation is accurate and complete.
  • Handle tenant queries and complaints in a professional manner, resolving issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of all lettings activity, including tenant details and property status.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote available properties effectively.
  • Provide administrative support as needed to ensure efficient department operations.
