Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

As the driving force behind lettings in our office, you’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, using your knowledge of applicants and branch property stock to meet and exceed your personal KPIs while contributing to the branch’s overall success.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deliver exceptional customer service in the office and on the field.
  • Efficiently match applicants to properties, generating leads for valuations, viewings, and mortgage appointments.
  • Proactively make outbound calls, overcome objections, and close deals with confidence.
  • Negotiate offers, secure lets, and ensure smooth progression to tenant check-ins.
  • Manage a well-organised diary for appointments and travel.
  • Conduct viewings, provide detailed feedback to landlords, and support team efforts like canvassing and prospecting.
  • Refer clients to our trusted partners and handle incoming calls with a positive, ‘can-do’ attitude.
  • Produce high-quality property marketing materials, including photos, videos, and floorplans.
  • Maintain professionalism in personal presentation, communication, and client interactions.
  • Uphold the company’s strong reputation through excellent customer service, marketing, and office standards.
  • Adhere to compliance and service-level expectations.
