Job Title: Lettings Negotiator or Senior Letting Negotiator
Job Summary:
The Lettings Negotiator role is an entry-level position where you will gain comprehensive knowledge of residential lettings, with training provided to help you achieve ARLA qualification.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Lettings Negotiator to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to Start/Advance your career in the property industry. You will play a key role in helping landlords and tenants by managing property viewings, coordinating agreements, and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Understand clients’ property requirements and preferences.
- Organise and conduct property viewings for prospective tenants.
- Assist with negotiating rental terms and agreements.
- Stay informed about the local property market and trends.
- Prepare marketing materials for properties, including descriptions and photos.
- Manage appointments and schedules for viewings and meetings.
- Handle administrative tasks, such as maintaining client records and updating databases.
- Build positive relationships with clients to encourage future business.
Experience and Skills:
- No prior experience is necessary; full training will be provided.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Administrative experience is helpful but not essential.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Multilingual skills are a bonus but not required.
