This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to work in a fast-paced office, letting properties in Gloucester and the surrounding areas. Responsibilities
  • Handling enquiries generated from marketing, the internet, telephone and walk- ins, in a professional manner.
  • Conducting viewings with prospective clients and following up on feedback from these
  • Delivering against targets whilst conforming to compliance and continual improvement.
  • Spotting business opportunities to help increase income, expand local market share and maximise cross-selling with other departments.
  • Execute business generation activities and ensure sufficient pipeline business to meet regular targets.
  • Ensure companywide standards, processes and procedures are upheld.
  • Supporting the Line Manager in providing and updating statistics for the weekly meeting.
  • Supporting your Manager in compliance checking/ensuring legalities & company processes are correctly adhered to.
  • Delivering excellent customer service.
  • Skills & Experience:
  • Experience working in the property industry, looking to accelerate your career.
  • Good communicator.
  • Demonstrable generation of new business in a target-driven environment.
  • Outstanding customer care/customer service experience.
  • Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • You must be highly driven and enthusiastic, with a proven ability to build strong professional relationships with tenants and landlords, whilst also having a proven track record in closing deals.
