Lettings Negotiator - Harrods Estates We are looking for a talented Lettings Negotiator to join our Estates team and play a key role in connecting clients with some of London’s most exclusive homes. About the Role As a Lettings Negotiator at Harrods Estates, you’ll work within our flagship Knightsbridge office, representing a world-renowned brand in the luxury property market. You’ll play a key role in building lasting relationships with clients, matching high net-worth individuals with exceptional properties, and driving successful lettings transactions from start to finish. Key responsibilities include: Managing applicant registrations, arranging and conducting property viewings, and converting leads into successful tenancies. Negotiating offers between landlords and applicants to achieve the best results for all parties. Maintaining strong market knowledge, staying up to date with local trends and lettings legislation. Building and nurturing relationships with clients, landlords, and property professionals to generate new business opportunities. Delivering a premium, customer-focused service that reflects the Harrods Estates reputation for excellence. This role work 5 days a week onsite in our luxurious Knightsbridge Estates Office. About You You will be a motivated and professional negotiator with a passion for property and a proven ability to close deals in a competitive market. Confident and articulate, you thrive in a fast-paced, high-end environment and excel at delivering outstanding service. You’ll bring strong interpersonal skills, deep local knowledge, and a desire to uphold the values of one of London’s most trusted luxury brands. You will have: A minimum of three years’ experience in Prime Central London lettings. Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a customer-first mindset. A detailed understanding of lettings legislation and tenancy processes. Full UK Driving License. (Ideally) fluency in Arabic.
