WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Due to our continued growth, we are seeking a Lettings Negotiator to join our Newport branch. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to apply their customer service and administration skills within the property industry and build a rewarding, long-term career. EXPERIENCE:

A minimum of one year’s experience in the industry is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided.

REQUIREMENTS:

A full, clean driving licence is required.

Responsibilities
  • Identify sales and lettings opportunities and arrange/conduct accompanied property viewings
  • Maintain accurate records of clients’ information, requests, and communications
  • Upsell additional services, including property management solutions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, supporting portfolio growth and introducing new opportunities
  • Manage leads from enquiry to closure, delivering positive outcomes for all parties
  • Provide excellent customer service by listening and responding to client needs
  • Process rental payments and compile regular lettings performance reports
  • Consistently achieve agreed targets in collaboration with your team and line manager
  • Liaise with the Property Management Team to ensure the smooth running of the portfolio
  • Be flexible to cover offices across multiple locations
