POSITION OVERVIEW
We are currently seeking an experienced Lettings Progressor/Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As a Lettings Progressor/Coordinator, you will be the vital link between landlords, tenants and agents, ensuring that all lettings progress smoothly from offer stage through to move-in. You’ll handle all the paperwork, compliance checks and communication to deliver an exceptional, stress-free experience for all parties.
· Manage the progression of agreed tenancies from offer to move-in.
· Coordinate referencing, right-to-rent checks, tenancy agreements and deposits.
· Liaise with landlords and tenants to ensure all documents and requirements are in place.
· Keep all parties updated throughout the process with clear and timely communication.
· Ensure full compliance with lettings legislation and company policies.
· Support the wider lettings team with administrative tasks as needed.
