Responsibilities

· Manage a diverse portfolio of residential properties, ensuring high standards of maintenance, occupancy, and rental income.
· Provide exceptional service to prospective and current tenants, handling enquiries, viewings, applications, and lettings negotiations with professionalism and care.
· Advertise properties across multiple platforms with compelling, accurate listings that showcase each property’s best features.
· Prepare tenancy paperwork including agreements, inventories, and compliance documentation, ensuring all legal requirements are met.
· Organise and conduct check-ins, check-outs, routine inspections, and safety checks, maintaining detailed and accurate records at all times.
· Coordinate timely resolution of maintenance issues, liaising with our in-house maintenance team.
· Proactively manage rent reviews, minimise void periods, and contribute to maximising rental income.
· Maintain up-to-date records on all systems in line with Data Protection principles.
· Collaborate closely with colleagues across departments to ensure smooth, efficient operations and uphold company values.
· Respond to tenant queries and concerns in line with our customer charter, always aiming for a positive outcome.
