This is a varied and fast-paced role ideal for someone with experience in estate agency, lettings, or property sales who enjoys building relationships, providing excellent service, and ensuring properties are managed to a high standard.

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

Previous experience working in a lettings, sales, estate agency, or property management environment with a good understanding of the lettings and property sales process, tenant and buyer lifecycle, and relevant legislation.

APTITUDE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple properties and tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

· Arrange and attend property viewings and sales appointments in a timely and professional manner
· Confidently present properties to prospective tenants and buyers, offering detailed knowledge of the property, local area, and tenancy or sale terms
· Assess suitability of applicants and provide timely feedback to landlords or the lettings/sales manager
· Follow up on viewings to gather feedback and support the conversion of interest into successful lets or sales
· Prepare documentation such as tenancy agreements, compliance certificates, and deposit protection paperwork
· Ensure tenants understand their responsibilities and provide a smooth move-in experience
· Record meter readings and issue keys and welcome packs
· Upload all relevant records accurately to the CRM system
· Arrange and attend check-out appointments professionally
· Compare property condition against the initial inventory and report discrepancies
· Record meter readings, collect keys, and generate check-out reports
· Assist with resolving end-of-tenancy disputes in a fair and efficient manner
· Visit and assess new properties for rental or sale
· Advise landlords and vendors on market value, demand, and legal compliance
· Coordinate photography, compliance checks, and marketing preparation
· Maintain regular communication with landlords and vendors regarding progress, feedback, and property condition
· Conduct interim inspections during tenancies to ensure compliance with agreements
· Identify and report maintenance or health & safety issues
· Share findings and recommendations with tenants and landlords
· Carry out general administrative and team support tasks as required to ensure smooth operation
