Bridge Housing Solutions are going through the most exciting growth in our history. We are currently undertaking several strategic growth imperatives which will see incredible growth in the coming years.
Working within the Bridge Housing Solutions team requires a dedicated, innovative approach with the ability to deliver in a friendly, vibrant, and entrepreneurial working environment.
We work with Local Authorities, Charities and Housing Associations to move those are homeless into permanent accommodation.
For our Lettings / Sales Progressor, we are looking for someone with a proven ability to support commercial colleagues across various activities.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Talking to applicants to understand their situation
  • Making sure all applicant data is complete and up to date
  • Liaising with all parties to organise viewings
  • Handling of commercial documentation such as Tenancy Agreements
  • Systems support for our Lettings Officers
  • Track projects in your sites through to satisfactory completion
  • Manage customer expectations and ensure we can deliver our promises
  • Understand and ensure adherence to company policy, processes, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Attend and participate in meetings with internal and external partners as required
  • Attend training courses as directed by the line manager
  • Ensure customer enquiries are dealt with promptly
  • Ensure delivery of balanced sales and services revenues in line with sales targets.

What will make you successful?

You’ll be digitally savvy, with experience working in either a commercial environment or the housing sector specifically, in a similar role. A quick learner and worker, you’ll also be comfortable with presenting a new idea, a strong communicator and possess good attention to detail. You will also have:

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, comfortable working with senior management, both externally and internally
  • Ability to work at a fast pace
  • Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating a variety of influencing styles to enable effective closure of deals
  • Can show initiative by moving opportunities forward
  • Highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and CRM systems such as Bitrix. HubSpot or Salesforce
  • Demonstrable networking capabilities and established relationships with key individuals in target client organisation(s).
  • Demonstrable achievement of achieving sales targets in your career with consistency and sustainability
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
  • Professional, numerate, articulate, and personable
  • Results driven with commercial focus
  • Able to work independently and collaborate as part of a team
  • Confident communicator and active listener
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work to deadlines
