The Role:
As a Lettings Valuation Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our lettings department. You’ll be responsible for conducting rental valuations, winning new instructions, and developing relationships with landlords across the Bromley area.

ABOUT YOU:

We’re looking for someone with:

• Proven experience in residential lettings, ideally in a valuation/managerial role
• A full UK driving licence and own car
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• A proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven approach
• In-depth knowledge of the local lettings market
• ARLA qualification (not essential – training can be provided)
