Your new role

In this exciting new role, you will be:

• Providing L1 and L2 support across a variety of client environments.
• Managing and resolving service desk tickets in a timely manner.
• Troubleshooting Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Entra ID, Windows Desktop, networking, hardware, and software issues.
• Delivering exceptional customer service via phone, remote support, and on-site visits.
• Supporting device deployments, installations, and system upgrades.
• Maintaining accurate documentation and ticket updates.
• Collaborating with a team of technical specialists to deliver high-quality support outcomes.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in your application, you will need:

• Previous experience in a service desk, or MSP (preferred) environment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across Microsoft technologies and end-user environments.
• Experience supporting M365, and Windows operating systems.
• Knowledge of Active Directory and Entra ID / Azure AD.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to work autonomously.
• A current driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
• A suitable home office environment for remote work.
