ABOUT THE ROLE:

Seeking a Level 1 Help Desk Analyst to provide first-tier technical support in a high-volume call center. Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware/software/connectivity issues, assisting internal and external customers, escalating tickets, and ensuring excellent customer service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Answer and resolve user inquiries (software, hardware, connectivity).
  • Monitor, assign, and escalate support tickets as needed.
  • Provide support for Outlook, MS Office, Windows 7/10, Active Directory, and Apple iOS.
  • Assist with password resets, account management, and mobile driver’s licenses.
  • Perform basic hardware/software repairs and installations.
