Our client is an established Managed Service Provider, based in Auckland’s city fringe, supporting the IT needs of NZ-based companies, primarily in the Auckland region.
As a Level 1 Helpdesk Engineer, you will be joining a highly skilled Tech Team, monitoring and managing all aspects of their client’s IT environments including Windows and Apple devices, Servers, Microsoft 365, firewalls, wireless, mobiles, backups, printers, etc.
The primary role is the maintenance, support, and installation of Computer equipment and associated software, as well as providing the initial point of contact, and first line of support for clients via email or phone. While experience and certifications are ideal, your drive and ability to offer and provide outstanding customer service are essential to success in this role.
