Location: Ang Mo Kio / Bedok / Depot Rd (Bukit Merah)
Salary: Between $2,700 to $3,100 per month depending on working hours/ experience and location
Working days: Either Core rotating shift / 12 hours shift
Contract: 12 months renewable subject to performance

Responsibilities
  • Provide First Call Resolution (FCR) support via phone and email
  • Troubleshoot and resolve first-level incidents and escalate complex cases to Level 2 support
  • Log, track, and manage all incidents to ensure timely resolution and updates
  • Maintain full ownership of tickets until closure
  • Ensure clear and accurate documentation of all incidents and steps taken
  • Classify and prioritize incidents effectively; manage customer expectations professionally
  • Alert Team Leads to abnormal trends or call surges
  • Able to travel to site if required
