We will support newly qualified social workers to complete their Assessed and Supported Year in Employment (ASYE) and it is also an expectation of the role that, in due course, the successful candidate will complete AMHP training as part of their career progression which is supported by the Social Work Learning Academy. We are looking for enthusiastic, proactive and innovative individuals who possesses excellent communication and Organisational skills and have a good working knowledge of the Care Act 2014, Mental Capacity Act 2005 and Mental Health Act 1983. The successful candidates must be team players with excellent communication and IT skills.
