JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a skilled network technician to join our team, many of whom have been a team member for decades. Daily responsibilities will include technical support (at least a Level 1 category but up to Level 2), ticket monitoring and either first response or assignment to another technician. Travel within Niagara, Hamilton, Halton, Haldimand, and the GTA will be required.
QUALIFICATIONS
-Proven experience in an MSP setting.
-Ability to work independently.
-Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
-Ability to be bonded.
-Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
-Interpersonal skills is a must so as to effectively interact with our clients.
-Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and climb ladders.
-High-level technical understanding of Microsoft Windows environments and Microsoft 365
-Some technical understanding of MacOS and Apple related systems
