Job Type: Full-time | On-site | Occasional local travel to client locations
We’re looking for an experienced IT Support Specialist / Level 2 Help Desk Technician to join our on-site team. In this role, you’ll provide advanced technical support for Microsoft 365, Azure Active Directory, Windows Server, and network environments—resolving escalated tickets, preventing repeat issues, and delivering outstanding client service.
This position is on-site in Tinley Park, IL, with occasional travel to local client locations for hardware deployments, network upgrades, VIP support, and special projects.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of IT support experience, ideally in an MSP or multi-client environment.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft 365 admin, Azure AD, Windows Server, and networking.
  • Scripting experience in PowerShell, Python, or similar.
  • Experience with AI/automation in IT workflows.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to travel occasionally for local client support.

  • Communicate clearly and proactively with clients—providing updates before being asked.
  • Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for after-hours support.
