Your new role

In this exciting new role, you will be:

• Providing L2 technical support for complex incidents and service requests escalated from L1 support.
• Acting as a technical escalation point, providing guidance and mentoring to junior team members.
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues across M365, Entra ID, Active Directory, Intune, Windows, and enterprise applications.
• Managing identity and access management activities, including user provisioning and authentication troubleshooting.
• Performing root-cause analysis and implementing long-term solutions to recurring issues.
• Contributing to automation initiatives and continuous service improvement activities.
• Supporting change initiatives, platform upgrades, and technology refresh projects.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in your application, you will need:

• Previous experience supporting enterprise IT environments in a L2 support capacity.
• Strong experience administering M365, Entra ID, and Active Directory.
• Experience supporting Intune, Windows 10/11, and endpoint management platforms.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across Microsoft technologies, networking fundamentals, and identity services.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• The ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment while managing competing priorities.
