OVERVIEW

Canadian Tire Hinton is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 2 or 3 Automotive Apprentice to join our team. As an apprentice, you will have the opportunity to learn from experienced technicians, develop your skills, and contribute to the success of our service department.

QUALIFICATIONS

· High school diploma or equivalent.
· Experience in automotive repair and maintenance.
· Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
· Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
· Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced technicians.
· Valid driver’s license is required.

· Assist experienced automotive technicians in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles.
· Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
· Learn and apply automotive repair techniques under the guidance of senior technicians.
· Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
· Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
· Communicate effectively with team members and customers.
· Stay updated with the latest automotive technologies and industry trends.
