LEVEL 2 / LEVEL 3 TEACHING ASSISTANT – PRIMARY SCHOOL (DURHAM)

We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Durham and surround areas. This role is available immediately and offers the chance to make a real impact on children’s education and development.

• Provide classroom support, working closely with the teacher to enhance learning
• Assist with small group work and one-to-one interventions
• Help manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment
• Support children with their academic, social, and emotional development
• Prepare learning materials and contribute to lesson planning
• Work with children with additional learning needs, adapting support accordingly
