World of Swimming is looking for an enthusiastic, qualified Level 2 swimming instructor to join our friendly team at World of Swimming at Radley College on Monday & Wednesday 15:30 - 18:00 and Saturdays 09:00 - 12:00.

ROLE OVERVIEW

Following the Swim England framework, you’ll deliver high-quality lessons to children (from age 3+) and adults, helping every swimmer feel confident, safe, and supported

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver safe, fun, and progressive swimming lessons, from beginners to competitive levels
• Create engaging, structured classes following the Swim England framework
• Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring each swimmer and family feels welcome and supported
• Monitor and record swimmer attendance and weekly progress using Soakly
• Act as a positive ambassador for World of Swimming, upholding our values and teaching standards
