Responsibilities:

  • Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex application issues.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Experience providing Level 2 support for enterprise applications, preferably in a cloud-based or housing management system environment.
  • Proficiency in supporting cloud-based applications, integrations, and configurations.
  • Understanding of database structures, APIs, and system workflows.
  • Experience handling escalations and following ITIL best practices.
  • Ability to track and document issues, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers and implementation teams.
  • Willingness to share knowledge and mentor Level 1 support analysts.
  • Eagerness to stay updated with new technologies, system updates, and best practices.
  • Ability to adapt to changing business needs and evolving support processes.
