Description
  • Provide second-line technical support for end users (onsite and remote).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve escalated issues related to:
  • Microsoft 365 (Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive)
  • Windows desktop & server environments
  • Printers, networking, VPNs, and mobile devices
  • Firewalls, routers, switches (basic network troubleshooting)
  • Support cloud environments (e.g., Azure, AWS, M365 Admin Center).
  • Manage and resolve tickets via the service desk system (within SLAs).
  • Escalate complex issues to Level 3 or vendors when necessary.
  • Perform regular maintenance, patches, and updates.
  • Create and maintain internal documentation and knowledge base articles.
  • Assist in onboarding/offboarding processes (user accounts, devices, access).
  • Contribute to small-scale project work (e.g., migrations, upgrades).
  • Work with monitoring tools to proactively resolve system alerts.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: €30,000.00-€35,000.00 per year
