REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in an IT support role, with at least 1 year in Level 2 or similar capacity
  • Strong experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Exchange Online
  • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation
  • Knowledge of DNS, DHCP, domain trusts, and group policy
  • Familiarity with VPN configuration and troubleshooting
  • Experience working with security tools like Barracuda, Proofpoint, and MDM platforms
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to incident resolution
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for mentorship

ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Level 2 Support Engineer at MicroNet, you will play a critical role in ensuring the stability, security, and performance of our clients’ IT environments. You’ll be the escalation point for our Level 1 support team, handle more complex incidents, and be involved in projects requiring advanced technical skill and insight.
