Our clients award-winning swimming lessons are among the best in the business, and our superb swim teachers are a key part of that success. To help keep up these very high standards, we’re looking for fully qualified – Swim England or equivalent– swim teacher to join our team of inspirational instructors.
If you think you fit these criteria, we’d love to hear more from you. We need you to hold a minimum level 2 swim teacher qualification (Swim England) but most of all, you need to be passionate about helping people learn this vital and fun life skill.

• Design and implement engaging swimming lesson plans tailored to various skill levels.
• Provide instruction and coaching to students, ensuring proper techniques and safety practices are followed.
• Assess and monitor student progress, offering constructive feedback to enhance their swimming abilities.
• Maintain a safe and positive learning environment, addressing any concerns promptly.
• Communicate effectively with students and parents regarding progress and class expectations.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to stay updated on swimming techniques and teaching methods.
