We are seeking to appoint 2 passionate candidates who can fulfil the role of Level 2 Teaching Assistant at Archway Learning Trust. Level 2 TA’s have a leadership and small group teaching role within the Learning Support Base. These roles are dependent on level of experience and level of expertise. However, level 2 TAs will take on the role of supporting a team of Level 1 TA’s. Level 2 TA’s are role models for other staff who are developing their Level 1 TA roles and will liaise closely with Pastoral Leads, Curriculum Leads and external agencies where appropriate.
Level 2 TAs work closely with both the SENCo and deputy SENCo This is a rewarding role and opportunity for the right candidate with the flexibility of creating a post that will match existing experience and skills.
