Where you’ll be working: Hornsby Ku-ring-gai Hospital- Speech Pathology Department
What you’ll be doing: This position coordinates Speech Pathology services to the stroke unit/neuro inpatients, rehabilitation ward and neuro outpatients. They are the primary clinician for the stroke unit and will assist on the rehab ward when the Speech Pathology caseload is heavy. The position also maintains a moderate outpatient neuro caseload, including the monthly Parkinson’s disease clinic. The position is responsible for coordinating the VFSS service, as well as supervising and supporting Level ½ staff and an Allied Health Assistant position.
