JOB SUMMARY:

We’re looking for a Level 3 Application Support Engineer to help us maintain, integrate, and evolve a Customer Data Platform (CDP) used by a global health and hygiene company. This role is perfect for someone with a strong technical background in software integration and support who wants to work on modern personalization and data collection platforms.
You’ll be the go-to person for platform configuration, troubleshooting, and enhancing the way we collect and use customer data across websites and other digital systems. You’ll also collaborate with IT, marketing, and analytics teams to ensure the platform operates smoothly and delivers high-quality data.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3+ years of experience in web development, integration, or data-related engineering
  • Strong skills in JavaScript (browser-based or tag management)
  • Familiarity with Python, particularly for automation or data transformation tasks
  • Experience with basic front-end development (HTML/CSS/JavaScript)
  • Comfortable using and debugging REST APIs
  • Experience with digital analytics, CRM, or consent management is a big plus
  • Curious, proactive, and eager to improve how digital experiences are built with data
Responsibilities
  • Implement and customize data collection scripts on websites and digital channels using JavaScript
  • Integrate customer data via REST APIs, webhooks, and server-side tools
  • Use Python to create and maintain customer scoring models and audience segments
  • Work closely with marketing and data teams to activate personalized customer journeys
  • Document technical decisions, logic, and data flows clearly for internal use
  • Ensure the data collection setup aligns with privacy regulations and consent standards
  • Build and customize on-site customer experiences (banners, pop-ups, modals) using JavaScript and HTML/CSS within the platform’s visual editor
  • Develop personalized front-end components triggered by user behavior or segmentation logic
  • Ensure these experiences are responsive, performant, and aligned with UX best practices
