JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Years Educator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for nurturing and educating young children in a safe and stimulating environment. You will play a crucial part in their early development, ensuring they receive the best possible start in their educational journey. Your ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues will be essential in fostering a positive learning atmosphere.

SKILLS

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English.
• A background in Early Childhood Education or related fields is essential.
• Experience working with children in a childcare or nursery setting is highly desirable.
• Leadership qualities to inspire and guide fellow team members effectively.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a calm demeanour under pressure.
• A genuine passion for working with young children and fostering their growth through play-based learning.

• Observe and assess children’s progress, providing feedback to parents and adapting activities as necessary.
