Job Overview:
We are seeking a loyal Early Years Educator to join our team at a our homely educational setting. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with young children and creating a nurturing learning environment.
Duties:
- Plan and implement engaging activities to support the development of children in the early years
- Provide high-quality care and education for children aged between 0-5 years
- Communicate effectively with parents and carers regarding children’s progress
- Manage the day-to-day running of the nursery room, ensuring a safe and stimulating environment
- Working within the family unit to create an exceptional start for young children.
Qualifications:
- Hold an Level 3 Early Childhood Education qualification or equivalent
- Possess excellent communication skills in English
- Previous experience working with young children in a nursery setting is essential
- Ability to drive is advantageous for this role
- Strong organisational skills to manage daily activities effectively
