At HiHo Nursery, we pride ourselves on providing a nurturing and homely environment for children and their families. As a small independent setting, we foster a strong sense of community, with each team member bringing their unique skills and experiences to create an enriching environment for all.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• Reliable and Punctual: We need someone who can be counted on to be dependable and arrive on time.
• Passionate: You should be passionate about supporting families and giving children the best start in life.
• Playful: We’re seeking individuals who love engaging with children through joyful and inquisitive conversations, storytelling, and creative activities.
• Team Player: Collaboration is key! We’re looking for someone who works well within a team environment and contributes positively to our community.
• Qualification: We are looking for someone with a Level 3 qualification in Early Years and Childcare. THIS IS A MUST.

• Hours: Between 25-33.5hours per week, offering flexible working arrangements with the option of a 4 day working week.
• Wage: £12.50-£13.15 per hour.
• Responsibilities: Being a team player, playful, creating learning experiences linked to the EYFS, key person, planning, communicating with families and wider agencies.
