JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Educator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with young children. You will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes the development and well-being of children in our care. This position requires excellent communication skills, leadership abilities, and experience in managing a nursery setting.

EXPERIENCE

• Proven experience working with children in a nursery or educational setting is essential.
• A background in early childhood education or relevant qualifications is essential
• Strong management and leadership skills to guide and support fellow educators.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Experience in childcare settings that promote learning through play is advantageous.
• Fully flexible between 07.15 and 18.30 Monday to Friday 51 weeks a year.
• Professional reference, pre employment checks and a DBS are required
