JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Level 3 or above Practitioner to join our team in providing high-quality care and education to children. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and experience working with children, whilst fostering a nurturing environment. This role requires effective communication abilities and the capacity to manage daily activities within a nursery setting. We are happy to consider two part time applicant’s to job share or one full time applicant. From £13.21 per hour

REQUIREMENTS

• Level 3 qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent is essential.
• Previous experience working with children in a nursery or similar setting is required.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
• A genuine passion for childcare and early years education.

• Provide a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for children aged 0-5 years.

• Supervise and support children during playtime, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.

• Lead by example, mentoring junior staff and promoting best practices within the team.
• Maintain accurate records of children’s progress and development, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Manage daily routines, including meal times, nap times, and outdoor play, ensuring a structured yet flexible approach to childcare.
