At Tiny Tots, we believe in the power of play. Children learn best when they are free to explore, follow their curiosity, and build relationships in a nurturing environment. We use In the Moment Planning and draw inspiration from Reggio Emilia, following children’s emerging interests to create meaningful, child-led “quests” that support deep thinking, discovery, and shared learning between children and adults.
Due to our continued growth within our nursery, we are expanding our team and currently have a range of opportunities, including for the following role:

LEVEL 3 EARLY YEARS PRACTITIONER

Hours: Full time or part time (20–40 hours per week)
Start date: 1st October 2025 - can be negotiated
We are looking for a qualified, reflective practitioner to join our experienced team. You will work closely with children across the early years, using play and observation to plan in the moment and support their emotional, social, and cognitive development.
