Banana Moon Barnstaple is seeking a passionate and qualified Level 3 Early Years Professional to join our amazing team. We provide a nurturing and stimulating environment where children can explore, learn, and develop through creative play. As a Level 3 Early Years Professional, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on children’s lives by providing high-quality education and care for children in their formative years.
In this role, you will collaborate with a dedicated team to create engaging learning experiences that promote physical, social, and emotional development. Your responsibilities will include planning and implementing activities in line with our bespoke play-based curriculum, observing children’s progress, and working closely with parents to ensure the best outcomes for each child.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
• Experience working in a nursery or early years setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and build strong relationships with children and families.
• Passionate about fostering children’s development and learning.
• Current DBS check.
• Creative and playful attitude—willing to engage in child-led activities.
