LEVEL 3 MARKETING APPRENTICE

Position: Level 3 Marketing Apprentice
Location: White Waltham
Reports to: Marketing ManagerHours: Full-Time (39.75 hours per week)

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

· Enthusiasm for Marketing: A keen interest in marketing and a desire to pursue a career in the field.
· A Levels: A minimum of 2 A Levels (or equivalent) with strong grades, preferably in subjects related to English, Business, Media, or Communications.
· Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Creativity: Ability to contribute creative ideas and think outside the box.
· Attention to Detail: Meticulous in managing tasks and producing high-quality work.
· Analytical Mindset: Basic understanding of data analysis with a willingness to learn more.
· Team Player: Ability to work effectively within a team and take on collaborative tasks.
· Organizational Skills: Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
· IT Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and a basic understanding of digital tools (e.g., social media platforms, email marketing software).
· Driving licence

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

· A Levels or equivalent qualifications, with a strong academic record.
· Prior experience in a related field (work experience, internship, or a relevant project) is a plus but not required.
· Basic understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing tools is advantageous.

ROLE OVERVIEW:

As a Level 3 Marketing Apprentice, you will support the marketing team in implementing and executing various marketing campaigns across different channels. This role is ideal for someone passionate about marketing, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to our team’s success. You will gain practical experience while working towards your Level 3 Marketing qualification.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Content Creation: Assist in creating engaging and relevant content for various marketing channels, including social media, blogs, newsletters, and website updates.
· Social Media Management: Support the planning, scheduling, and posting of content on social media platforms. Monitor engagement and suggest improvements.
· Email Marketing: Assist in creating, editing, and sending out email campaigns, tracking performance, and analysing results.
· Market Research: Conduct research to identify market trends, target audience preferences, and competitive analysis to inform marketing strategies.
· Campaign Support: Work with the marketing team to plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
· Data Analysis: Help analyze marketing data, such as website traffic, social media engagement, and campaign performance, to provide insights and recommendations.
· Event Support: Assist in the planning and coordination of marketing events, both online and offline, including webinars, trade shows, and promotional events.
· Administrative Tasks: Provide general administrative support to the marketing team, including managing marketing assets, updating databases, and organizing materials.
