REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience consulting or working in an enterprise environment
  • Experience with MECM / SCCM Infrastructure, patching and management
  • Experience with Windows 10 and Windows 11 environments
  • Extensive experience with designing and implementing SOE/MOEs, including:
  • Windows and Security Updates
  • Advanced Group Policy Management
  • Task Sequence creation and management
  • Deployment to an enterprise environment
  • Experience writing, editing, and maintaining PowerShell Scripts
  • Experience with Active Directory and Group Policy management
  • Experience with Applications Packaging, native and virtual, with some exposure or experience with MSI-X
  • Experience with Security products including application whitelisting, anti-virus and USB hardening
  • Exposure to InTune and migrating tasks and policies from MECM.
  • Exposure to PowerBI and Power Apps
  • Exposure to Microsoft SQL management
  • Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills
  • Creating documentation such as FAQ guides, SOPs, and transition support documents.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL, specific to Change & Incident management

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Australian Citizen with the ability to hold an AGSVA clearance (NV1 preferred).
  • Police Check and Fit for Work certificate needed
  • Preferred candidate will be local to Canberra with a hybrid WFH/Office roster.

Unisys are looking for a MECM technical SME to work with one of our government accounts in Canberra and join our growing team of experts. In this role you will work closely with other resolver teams within Unisys, the department and other vendors, so if you are eager to make a difference to our government and private clients, keep reading.
The successful candidate will work with customers, management, and peers to design, configure, and implement the Windows 10 and 11 endpoint environments, including Microsoft Teams, Office 365, MECM and its supporting infrastructure, and a host of support applications.
Work for this role includes BAU support of these services, including incident, change and problem management, as well as project work on service enhancements and system migrations.
