Little Acorns Montessori provides a warm, caring, and stimulating environment for children aged 0–5. We follow the Montessori approach alongside the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum, supporting each child’s individual development.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and committed Level 3 Practitioner to join our team. You will be responsible for planning and delivering high-quality learning experiences, ensuring children’s safety and wellbeing, and building strong relationships with parents and colleagues.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with Montessori principles and the EYFS
  • Observe, assess, and record children’s progress
  • Maintain a safe and stimulating environment
  • Work collaboratively with the team to meet the needs of all children
  • Communicate effectively with parents and carers

Experience
Ideally a minimum of one-year continuous practical experience working in a nursery or pre-school, but newly qualified teachers will be considered if you bring other experience or skills to the job role. We support practitioners with continuous professional development in our well-resourced nursery.
Qualifications:
NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in childcare
Degree in Early Years/Education
